DBR and DBR-AT
Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) is a gentle, body-based trauma therapy developed by Scottish psychiatrist Dr Frank Corrigan to work with the very first moments of shock and attachment wounding, before emotions and protective coping strategies take over.
DBR‑AT (DBR with Alexander Technique Interweaves), developed in collaboration with Alexander Technique teacher Martin Warner, adds subtle postural and movement awareness so that the body’s bracing can soften and long‑held shock and emotion can move through more safely.
